Highly experienced Ricardo manufacturing engineers use a structured assembly step-by-step review to highlight assembly concerns and provide feedback directly into the design process for DFMA improvements. This work is carried out as an integrated part of Ricardo-led design programmes in order that manufacture and assembly requirements are addressed from the outset. Ricardo aims to optimize total cost of ownership of the products it designs and manufactures in order to maximize product quality and cost savings to the customer.
